Equipment and Ingredients needed for making French Press coffee:
French Press
Coffee Scoop or measuring spoon
Electric Kettle or other vessel for heating water to boiling
Good quality whole coffee beans

How to use
Place the pot on a dry, flat surface. Hold the handle firmly, then pull out the plunger
Add a heaping tablespoon (7-8 grams) of coffee to the pot per 200 ml (6.7 oz) of water
Pour hot water-not quite boiling-into the pot, and gently stir
Carefully reinsert the plunger into the pot, stopping just above the water and ground coffee (do not plunge yet), and let stand for 3-4 minutes
Press the plunger down slowly, exerting steady pressure.
After each use, wash the pot with water and mild detergent, and dry thoroughly

How to clean:
1.Remove the lid from the french press
2.Hold the steel rod and turn the plunger anti-clockwise to remove the lid
3.Hold the steel rod again, and turn the bolt anti-clockwise to unlock the filter
4.The plunger is now disassembled and ready for cleaning.

1.Be careful when pouring the hot water
2.Always wash you pot after each use to remove the oils that form on the glass.
3.Keep it away from children in case scald.
